The Idaho Chefs de Cuisine is the local chapter of the American Culinary Federation, the educational and professional organization of chefs & culinary educators. Our mission is to promote culinary education, certification and fellowship throughout the world as culinary ambassadors.
In order to promote our chapter and the organization as a whole, we provide scholarships to youth seeking a career in the culinary or baking & pastry arts. Our largest fundraising event of the year for these scholarships is the Night of the Living Chefs. Our 5th annual ghoulish costume-themed event is being held on Monday, October 24 from 6 pm until 10 pm at The Harbor Grill and Event Center!
Attendees will enjoy a frighteningly delicious array of themed appetizers and entrees at our buffet, two cash bars, live entertainment including a fire spinning show,
Music by DJ 208, dancing, costumes, wine and liquor samples and a full buffet of gourmet Halloween themed tastes from the Chefs in the Treasure Valley. 2 no host full bars,
*Raffle for 52 dinners for 2 people! Tickets for the raffle may also be purchased on our website now for $10 each or 3 for $25.
